Provides enforcement Ppogram which consists of case initiation, paternity determination, location of absent parents, establishment and modification of support orders, and enforcement of financial and non-financial orders. Offers the following services: location of absent parents, establishment of paternity, establishment of support orders including medical support, enforcement of support orders, modification of support, if warrented, and limited collection and distribution of support payments
