Offers over the phone counseling for Medicare beneficiaries, assistance with appeals, assist beneficiaries with applying for PACE, PACENET, and Extra Help, in addition to providing monthly "New to Medicare" classes. As Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage plan coverage and costs change, provides help to review your plan and compare it to others on the market that are available in Lackawanna County.
