Media - Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation (MPR) services provide one-to-one direct skills training and development of community resources to adults with serious mental illness. An MPR Specialist conducts an assessment with the client to identify strengths, personal and community resources to pinpoint specific area of need. Together they develop a service plan that outlines the tasks needed to what the program participant wants and needs.

Eligibility: CareLink currently provides services to residents of Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania, Available services vary by county and individual CareLink site.

Program participants are typically referred to CareLink by county government agencies, social service providers, and health care providers.
Hours: Program hours vary. Office hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm
