• Case Aide: Provides teaching services to clients in areas of budgeting, parenting, housekeeping, and childcare to prevent placements.

Developed to work with families where a child has been identified to be at risk of abuse and neglect. IIHS is a treatment oriented unit where caseworkers use reality based therapeutic techniques designed to empower clients to make changes themselves to reduce the risk of abuse to the child. The goal of the unit is to protect children and youth while keeping families together. In addition to counseling, IIHS offers Life Skills Education, Parenting Education, Parent and Youth Advisors and 24 hour crisis intervention.

Provides grandparents or older relatives (excluding the parents) with reimbursement benefits. Reimbursable services and supplies included but not limited to: child care, respite care, equipment and supplies to address the developmental needs of the child, counseling, tutoring, education and support, and school-related expenses. Grant money may also be available to assist with the cost of assistive/adaptive devices and home modifications.

They also provide information and referrals to other agencies where more help is available. Child care may be provided while parents are receiving services. Pantry offers formula, diapers, hygiene items, clothing and other baby necessities. Donations of baby items accepted.

Provides a support system and access to resources from prenatal to postpartum. Services are typically provided through home visits. Programming includes a baby pantry, assistance in applying for employment, information about higher education and transportation to doctor's appointments. Program also acts as a link between expectant/new mothers and fathers and community based resources.

Children and Youth staff provide assessment and casework services to families if a parent contacts the agency with concerns regarding their 10-18 year old child who has committed a specific act or acts of habitual disobedience of the reasonable and lawful commands of his/her parent, guardian or custodian.

A drug free, 6 month residential chemical dependency treatment program for women, pregnant women or mothers who may be accompanied by up to two of their children. Treatment is provided in a home-like environment with mothers remaining the principal caregivers for their children.
