Our team of nutrition educators focuses on teaching the importance of good nutrition and physical activity, introducing children to fresh, nutritious food, connecting students and teachers to area farms, and educating parents about developing healthy eating habits at home. A study published in the journal Pediatrics found that this comprehensive approach to nutrition education reduced the incidence of childhood overweight by 50 percent.
