Permanent housing for women who are chronically homeless, have been diagnosed with a mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction, HIV/AIDS or co-occurring disorders. Provides continuum of care services.

Stuart House is an affordable single-room occupancy program. Each resident has her own room, while the common areas (kitchen, lounge, bathrooms, laundry room) are shared with other residents.

Offers Single Room Occupancy apartments that include a single bed, counter area with microwave and mini-fridge, closet, and table and chair.

Provides low cost single room occupancy housing.

Offers aquatics, basketball, group exercise classes, karate, leaders club, learn-to-swim, low impact and step aerobics, yoga, pilates, pre- school-age and school-age child care, physical fitness, summer day camp, youth employment service, and recreation, volleyball. PHYSICAL FACILITY: meeting and community rooms, gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, barbell center, universal weight machines, exercise rooms, life steps, tread mills, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, men's residence rooms, indoor running track, wellness center, youth play groups, art classes, and handball, racquetball, and squash courts.

Offers 120 fully-furnished single room occupancy units for rent. Each floor also has a fully renovated bathroom, laundry room, kitchenette, lounge area, and vending facilities. A case manager and drug & alcohol counselor are available on-site to assist any resident requesting support.

Emergency community shelter-type rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a referral from LifePath Ministries.

Provides private bedrooms for rent. Three/four bedrooms share lounge and kitchen facilities. Full range of programs available on-site.

Provides permanent housing for women who come from homelessness. Availability is limited and women must be certified through Lancaster City Section 8 housing as homeless. Permanent residents will enter into a landlord-tenant agreement with YWCA Lancaster and required to pay a percent of their income towards rent.
