Provides transportation for people with ALS who are unable to provide their own.

Eligibility: Individuals diagnosed with ALS who are in motorized wheelchairs or on ventilators, and living within 60 miles of the Chapter office in Ambler, PA.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00pm
