Pottsville - Mortgage Diversion Counseling (Foreclosure Prevention)
Homeowners facing forclosure who do not have an ACT 91 Notice or who have been denied HEMAP are able to meet with HUD Certified Housing Counselors to review their budget, finances, and availability to pay towards the mortgage. Counselors can speak directly to lenders or can help make a plan to present to the lenders that is affordable.
