Intake Procedure: Call - Due to COVID-19, the office is doing all the intakes over the phone and is not accepting any walk-ins. If someone does show up, HELP will take their phone number to call them and send them away. The only exception would be someone without a phone and those residents should expect to have a long wait. Requests must be made in person during walk-in hours.
