Intake Procedure: Call - Due to COVID-19, the office is doing all the intakes over the phone and are not accepting any walk-ins. If someone does show up, HELP will take their phone number to call them and send them away. The only exception would be someone without a phone and those residents should expect to have a long wait.

Requests must be made in person during walk-in hours.

Helpful Tips: HELP reserves this service for specific situations, such as 1) stranded travelers; 2) homeless individuals that have verified housing available out of the area; or 3) individuals starting a job who need a limited-time bus pass.
