Coordinates with Churches in the community to welcome pre-release inmates on a Saturday morning once per month to eat breakfast and hear a message of hope.

Intake Procedure: Call - Due to COVID-19, the office is doing all the intakes over the phone and are not accepting any walk-ins. If someone does show up, HELP will take their phone number to call them and send them away. The only exception would be someone without a phone and those residents should expect to have a long wait.
