Eligibility: Men who have a mental health diagnosis and have had four (4) or more episodes of homelessness within the past three years or have been homeless (on the streets or in shelters) consistently for the previous twelve months.

Intake Procedure: An application must be completed and submitted. Applications can be obtained by calling Safe Haven or through a referring agency.
Geographical Area: Cumberland County, Dauphin County, Perry County
Helpful Tips: Guests are entered into Safe Haven between 8:00pm - 10:00pm. Guests must be out by 7 am. Coffee, tea, small snack available to single men. Coffee available next morning. No meals, no showers.
