Eligibility: Clients must have exhausted any and all other energy assistance programs (LIHEAP) before they receive any assistance from HELP.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm; Walk-in hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 11:00am; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call - Due to COVID, the office is doing all the intakes over the phone and are not accepting any walk-ins. If someone does show up, HELP will take their phone number to call them and send them away. The only exception would be someone without a phone and those residents should expect to have a long wait.
