Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Walk-in hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 11:00am; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Intake Procedure:
Call -Due to COVID-19, the office is doing all the intakes over the
phone and is not accepting any walk-ins. If someone does show up,
HELP will take their phone number to call them and send them away.
The only exception would be someone without a phone and those
residents should expect to have a long wait.

HELP assists households with delinquent rent payments and helps
people who need security deposits. What Rental Assistance Funds
CANNOT Pay For:
A) Mortgages, lease to purchase, or escrow payments
B) Damages or maintenance fees
C) Current or future rent unless enrolled in the Case Management Programs
D) Back rent for a residence where you no longer reside
E) Move-in assistance after you have moved in
F) Move-in assistance due to eviction for non-payment of rent or being an undesirable tenant
G) Back rent that cannot be verified due to loss of income or an emergency situation
H) Section 8 or subsidized housing back rent
