Intake Requirements:
Must have an eviction notice from a District Judge/Magistrate.
- All referrals must come through 2-1-1.
- Once our Housing staff receives the referral, an assessment will be completed to verify housing barriers, needs and preferences.
- Intakes for program will be completed when there are vacancies.
