Eligibility:
Unaccompanied youth, under age 24, who are homeless or near
homeless. Serves those youth exiting foster care, institutional
care or other related higher level of care. Single parenting youth
will be considered. NO COUPLES as it is an independent living
program!
Eligibility into the program is discretionary. If the individual youth is deemed eligible, the appropriate housing options will be discussed with the youth. The youth should show interest in participating in supportive services to be considered eligible. If the Youth cannot live independently or the end goal isn’t to live independently, then they are not an appropriate referral for the TAY program.

All referrals must come through 2-1-1. Once the referral is
received, our agency will reach out if resources are available.
