Eligibility:
Wayne County Renters only.
Must be US Citizen or qualified non-citizens with unexpired immigration status,
One or more tenants in the household has: Unemployment benefits, or experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship due, directly or indirectly, to the Covid-19.
One or more individuals in the household can demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability, which may include a past-due utility or rent notice or eviction notice unsafe or unhealthy living conditions.
The household meets 80% of the Wayne County Median Income guidelines.

Intake Procedure:
Applications are accepted via the PA Compass website. Applications
can be mailed or emailed also.
Intake Requirements:
Completed application, photo IDs for all HH members 18 and older,
income for the last 30 days for all HH members 18 and older,
eviction notice and/or utility shut office notice, and ERAP
documentation.
