Also offers the Microloan Program which provides loans and technical assistance to groups of 10-15 entrepreneurs who collectively guarantee the loans, mitigating the risk of lending to borrowers with limited collateral and credit history.
- Women's Business Center - In September 2015, we received an SBA grant to start a Women's Business Center. This center will expand on our current training programs as well as providing specific workshops, seminars and consulting for women-owned businesses.

The NEPA Purchasing Alliance web site allows NEPA member organizations to record, to view and to determine pricing for their commodity requirements via the Internet. By using the site, users will have instant access to previous years’ estimates and the ability to enter data for their future purchases. NEPA encourages all member organizations to use this Internet tool to enter their estimated quantities. By using the Internet NEPA will significantly reduce the time involved for collecting, recording, tabulating and distributing the commodity requirements of each participating member while improve overall purchasing power. Only authorized personnel of member organizations will have access to their respective and secure web page and will not be able to view or modify records of other organizations.

Offers a six week program that covers business plan development, marketing, management, and financing for businesses. Successful graduates will have completed a business plan, developed and implemented legal business operations, and are invited to participate in the WORC micro-loan program.
