Our services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions include:

Direct services that are provided to supervise and support individuals on a short term basis because of the absence or need for relief of those persons normally providing care.

Offers 16-bed mental health residential treatment program that provides treatment and rehabilitation services in a structured environment for adults with a severe or chronic mental health need.

Provides companionship services and assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other activities.

Provides a short break in the constant caring to both individuals with intellectual disability and to their families. This respite can last a few hours or a few days and can be provided in the home of the individual who is receiving services, in the community or in the home of the staff provider.

Provides home-based services that help people remain independent in their own homes.

Provides support and services to enable older adults to continue to live in their homes and communities. Services may include Care Management, Assessment, Protective Services, Information and Assistance, PA MEDI (Insurance Counseling), Health and Wellness Programs, adult day services, in home meals, personal emergency response system, personal care, transportation, and caregiver support. The agency also has 5 Senior Centers throughout the County in which participants can enjoy a Congregate Meal and Programming.

Provides non-medical programs serving older adults with individualized assistance in their homes. This program is designed to keep seniors from having to enter assisted living and/or nursing facilitiesd. Care team prepare a meal or assist a loved one with daily living and help with reading or writing letters or escorting a loved one to social activities.
