During COVID-19, See Yourself Health has increased accessibility through teleconferencing and phone lines to more easily serve those without computers and internet technology.
Aims to ease isolation angst and inspire healthy lifestyle choices through a group format with goal setting, introspective discussions and plenty of silliness such as trivia hours, book club chats, film discussions, exercise classes, a joke hour and, of course, virtual world field trips.
