Offers wheelchair van transportation for wheelchair bound patients or other mobility challenged clients. Most common destinations are doctor's offices, hospitals and other medical facilities.

    Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) is a transportation service available to people receiving Medical Assistance and is paid for by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Public Welfare (DPW).
    If you have a car available, or if you know someone who has a car and can take you to your medical appointment, they will provide your mileage reimbursement if it is the least costly, most appropriate service available. You must tell them in advance and they will send you a form to fill out.
